Moon Fairy

Well, I did this when I was in 9th grade. This is done in dry pastel and then (I tried) to do touch ups on Photoshop Elements 6. However, I just got it and don't really know how to work it so actually I didn't do anything. My inspiration came from another picture like this one I found on google somewhere... and yes, I am just getting used to doing digital art, I'm more of a painter so this is difficult for me. (and I have to use the mouse). If you have any suggestions or helpful tips on how to use Photoshop elements 6 PLZ tell me >.< I hope you like it somewhat ^_^
